Meet the Director

I have a strong foundation in early Childhood education, Child development, or related fields. I had to study these courses in college while obtaining my Registered Nurse Degree.  I have taken courses and obtained certifications in childcare. I also have: CPR, First Aid, ACLS, PALS as well as specific training in child safety, nutrition, and behavior health and management. Practical skills such as effective communication, patience, creativity and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this field. I have experience in childcare setting's, which provides valuable insight and expertise. Progressive responsible roles, leadership positions, and experience with diverse populations contribute to a well-rounded background. Staying updated on latest research, trends and best practices in early childhood education through workshops, conferences, and continuing education courses ensures ongoing professional growth and development. My ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues is essential. Empathy, understanding, and a commitment to creating a supportive, nurturing environment contribute to positive relationships and success. My familiarity with local licensing requirements, safety regulations, and policies governing child care facilities is crucial for ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe, legal environment for children. Overall, a combination of formal education, practical experience, ongoing professional development, and a genuine passion for working with children are key qualifications and experience for success in the childcare industry.
